Integration with 3rd Party MIS and OnLine Testing Systems

In addition to our standard off the shelf software packages, Print & Scan plus MultiTest Examination modules, we also offer a specialised integration service, written to clients specifications, that allows the design, scanning and import/export only options to be integrated into 3rd party MIS and Online Testing systems, thereby allowing these programs to undertake their own analysis.

This means that clients are able to use our core Print & Scan/MultiTest software to undertake paper based data capture alongside online systems. Candidate information is transferred from the 3rd party software into the MultiTest/Print & Scan database and the paper answer sheets are scanned and read with the information being directly transferred into the external MIS system or imported into the 3rd Party database in a CSV file format. In both cases, analysis and results reporting can then be undertaken within the 3rd party MIS/Online Testing system and integrated with the online results data if required.

A number of online testing software providers use our paper based data capture software as an integral part of their systems including QuestionMark, BTL, APMG and The Test Factory. We also have training and awarding bodies who have followed a similar route such as EAL, Highfield and Ascentis. Our services include consultation, specification and stage by stage planning and implementation of all software requirements for the successful integration of systems combined with a first class backup service to clients.
